Exchange Online Migration (from KERIO)

Task

The customer was using KERIO groupware in conjunction with Outlook clients as an on-premise solution. It turned out that running on only one physical host posed a significant risk of failure. In addition, in certain situations there were problems that could be traced back to the KERIO connector for Outlook.

Solution

The KERIO groupware was migrated to Microsoft Exchange Online. The work performed included:

  • Requirements analysis and presentation of solution options.
  • Rough and detailed planning of the migration
  • Implementation and monitoring of the migration process
  • Implementation of a local data backup solution for Exchange Online mailboxes
  • Creation of procedural documentation
  • Accompaniment of the introduction into productive operation
  • Production of two training videos for end users
  • Clarification of special requirements with Microsoft support team
