The customer was using KERIO groupware in conjunction with Outlook clients as an on-premise solution. It turned out that running on only one physical host posed a significant risk of failure. In addition, in certain situations there were problems that could be traced back to the KERIO connector for Outlook.
The KERIO groupware was migrated to Microsoft Exchange Online. The work performed included:
Thanks to the good preparation and the shifting of the critical migration phases to periods of low operation, users were only minimally affected and were able to continue working the very next working day without any noticeable restrictions.
