The customer was already using an on-premise Exchange Server 2012 with grown structures. As part of an outsourcing project, I accompanied the migration to Exchange Online as the main technical contact on the customer side.
The migration was carried out without any noticeable interruption to operations. While started as a hybrid setup, ultimately the local components could be eliminated after the introductory phase, reducing costs and sources of error.
